Mr. Case has worked in finance and accounting for over fifteen years, including six years focused on life science companies. Prior to joining Fidelity Biosciences in 2007, Mr. Case was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Leerink Swann & Company, where he was responsible for the execution of public and private equity and M&A advisory assignments. Mr. Case previously worked as an Associate at SG Cowen in the health care investment banking division and the leveraged finance group.

Mr. Case is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
