Jon Lim joined Fidelity Biosciences in 2011 and focuses on investment opportunities in health care IT and health care services. Most recently, Jon was a Principal at Polaris Venture Partners, where he was part of the teams that led investments in several Software-as-a-Service companies (Phytel, Egnyte, Recurly, and KISSmetrics) as well as in Ocular Therapeutix and SustainX. Jon was particulary active with Phytel, a population health management and care coordination platform with 20 million patients in its proprietary registry. Jon began his investing career as an Associate at Summit Partners, where he helped make investments in MDVIP (acquired by Procter & Gamble) and Diagnostic Hybrids (acquired by Quidel). Jon also worked previously at Medtronic in their cardiac rhythm and disease management business.
Jon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Harvard College, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Jon serves as a Board Observer at Liazon, Procured Health, and Kyruus.
