Mr. Fedorowich has worked in finance for over fifteen years, seven of which were focused on life science venture capital investing. Prior to joining Fidelity Biosciences in 2006, Mr. Fedorowich held a variety of roles at Schroders plc and SV Life Sciences (formerly Schroder Venture Life Sciences) including Finance Director, US. During his time with SV Life Sciences, Mr. Fedorowich worked on over forty private and public equity transactions in the international life sciences industry. Prior to joining Schroders, Mr. Fedorowich worked with Ernst & Young LLP in both an Audit Advisory and Tax capacity. Mr. Fedorowich is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. degree in Management from Bridgewater State College and has completed graduate work in Taxation at Bentley College. Mr Fedorowich is currently a member of the NVCA CFO taskforce.
